The State Institution «Professional Procurement (SIPP)» is the first centralised purchasing body (CPB) in Ukraine. Our main activities include centralised purchasing for ministries as well as procurement under framework agreements in the interests of public entities.

Professional Procurement is also the administrator of the Prozorro Market electronic marketplace – the first and only marketplace where public buyers can quickly, conveniently and efficiently purchase the goods they need.
